1) Handle all sales related activities & documentation includes follow up customer’s inquiries, quotation, purchase orders, and follow through to closure.
2) Handle clients’ requirement and complaints with a monthly report.
3) Maintain excellent sales service and relationship with clients.
4) Be well versed with Company’s products and services.
5) Process Hire Agreement Documentation covering all aspects of the confirmed order/s.
6) Apply and update related pass entry for drivers.
7) Account Receivables control and collection.
8) Maintain a comprehensive & updated filing system and database.
9) Perform relevant administrative and other duties assigned by your superior.
Working Hour: 9am to 6pm/ 9am to 1pm (alt Sat)
Working Day: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday
Office Address: Aljunied Ave 2
Salary: Negotiable
